Our destination teams are given full, living-room-style setups including couches, armchairs, coffee tables, and more! This comfortable and relaxed setting makes for the perfect environment to get the most out of our lengthy 15-minute appointments! 

We believe that meeting and event planners from every corner of our nation should experience the welcoming, kind warmth that only a truly southern destination can provide! Because let's face it...it's hard to "out-host" the South! 

Attending destination teams consist of key decision makers from each city and typically include representatives from the CVB, a Convention/Conference Center, and local hotels. Planners can see just how well these destinations work together to deliver great event experiences.
